Wildfire Survey (LA County)

If you live in the canyons and hills throughout Los Angeles County, you know there is a risk to you, your family, and your home from wildfire. MySafe:LA and our partners are working diligently to gain as much solid information, including your opinions, as we work to become more resilient against wildfires.

This is your opportunity to share your opinions, concerns, and to help identify possible steps that may have a positive impact on reducing wildfire threats to human and pet health, as well as protection of property.

The information you share will be organized into a report that may be shared with any agency within the County of Los Angeles for the purposes of evaluating best practices related to resiliency - the creation of a more prepared and ready to recover community.

Your personal information will not be sold, leased, or otherwise shared with any commercial third party.

Thank you for being a part of this important information gathering activity.

This information gathering survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
